Arboretum Park
 

Arboretum

The Collingwood Arboretum is a beautiful park with both paved and natural trails for hiking and biking. It is an ideal location to be used for special occasions, weddings and celebrations. It is a vital Botanical Park complete with historical records (genealogy, habits, common & Botanical names) of coniferous and deciduous trees, shrubs and plants. The entrances are located off First Street on Hickory Street or Cedar Street at Harbourview Park. Central Park

Central Park

Central Park is a community park with different activities for all ages. These include playing baseball, hockey, skating, or curling. There is enjoyment for all ages, and is a great park to spend time with the family. Fisher Fields

Fisher Fields

Fisher Fields is a community park. This park has grown substantially in recent years and developed into state of the art soccer fields for all ages. If you'd like to reserve soccer fields, please call: Community Service Representatives @ 705-444-2500 ext 3382

Friendship Garden

Friendship Gardens

Collingwood has had a twin city relationship with Katano, Japan since 1981. This pairing has been successful with active volunteers in both communities keeping the relationship strong. What many people may not know is that one of our parks is dedicated to this sister city relationship; the Friendship Gardens located just north of the Police station on Minnesota Street. This cozy space is ideal for small wedding ceremonies, a relaxing stroll or meditative time.

Harbourlands

Harbourlands

Harbourlands Park was created in 2000 and is one of the most beautiful areas in the community. Residents and visitors alike enjoy the rugged beauty of a once active shipping/grain storage area. The backdrop of the Collingwood Terminals with its huge white columns rises up from the once wasteland "spit area", now a series of beautifully landscaped walkways and gardens with a history of the area on massive granite plinths.

Harbourview Park

Harbourview Park

Collingwood’s Harbourview Park allows for easy access to the waterfront. The boardwalk trail takes you through the park’s tranquil wetlands. Heritage Park

Heritage Park is a community park. Heritage Park is a beautiful complex that has access to a ball diamond, skateboard and BMX Park, along with our new Centennial Aquatic Centre. If you want to book a ball diamond or pool party, please call: Community Service Representatives @ 705-444-2500 ext 3382

Old Village (Legion) Park

Old Village (Legion)

The Old Village is an active neighbourhood park which hosts mini soccer fields and ball diamonds. It is located beside the Collingwood Legion.

Pawplar Park “Dog Town”

Pawplar Park “Dog Town”

Enjoy a day with the pups, where they can meet other dogs and you can meet their owners. Dog Town opened May 30th 2009 and has been very successful. Sunset Point

Sunset Point / Black Rock

Sunset Point Park is an iconic Collingwood waterfront location. Fresh air, Nottawasaga Bay breezes and absolute beauty make this a special place for all occasions. Vast greenspace, the nearby Enviro-park, volleyball courts, access to waterfront trails, canteen area and washroom facilities - this park has it all!  If you'd like to reserve the park area or pavilion for an event, please call: Community Service Representatives @ 705-444-2500 ext 3382

Station (Cenotaph)
 

Station (Cenotaph)

The Cenotaph was constructed and dedicated to local Collingwood men who volunteered and laid down their lives in the Great War of 1914-1918.
The north and south faces of the Cenotaph shaft lists the names of those who fell.

Millenium Park
 

Millenium Park

Millennium Park provides breathtaking views of Nottawasaga Bay, including magnificent views of Collingwood Harbour, with the ski hill of Blue Mountain in the background. Shipyards Amphitheatre & Greenspace
 

Shipyards Amphitheatre & Greenspace

The Shipyards Amphitheatre & Greenspace is a community park located at the nothern most point of Maple Street. It features a number of pedestrian pathways, cycling routes, a lookout point and an open-air natural amphitheatre at its north end facing Collingwood Harbour. Shipyards Amphitheatre is available for rental for small wedding ceremonies or other occassions, please call Community Service Representatives @ 705-444-2500 ext 3382 to reserve.

Whites Bay Park

Whites Bay Park is a community park that is located on the west side of the Collingwood Harbour. Hens and Chickens trail will take you to the boardwalk along the harbour breakwall. 

Bell Blvd Park
 
Bell Blvd Park

Bell Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located around the corner from the local Catholic High School on the corner of Bell Boulevard and Sproule Avenue.

Black Ash Park
 

Black Ash Park

Black Ash Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located within the Georgian Meadows subdivision and was developed to appeal to all ages.

Cedar Park

Cedar Park is a neighbourhood park located off of hwy 26.

Georgian Meadows Park
 
Georgian Meadows

Georgian Meadows is a neighbourhood park. It is located around the corner from Fisher Fields where a community of neighbours get together to enjoy the swings and playground.

JJ Cooper Park

JJ Cooper Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located in the Creekside subdivision and is Collingwoods first natural playground.

 

Kinsmen Park
 
Kinsmen Park


Kinsmen Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located behind the local Catholic High School with public tennis courts and a playground for smaller children.
Mair Mills Park
 
Mair Mills Park


Mair Mills is a neighbourhood park. Along with a public tennis court, the community gathers together for the children’s playground and green space.
Morbay Park

Morbay Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located off of Peel on Bush Street where it is surrounded by beautiful trees and a walking and bike trail.

Nip Spooner Park

Nip Spooner Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located off of hwy 26 on your way to Wasaga Beach.
Princeton Shores Park

Princeton Shores is a neighbourhood park with public tennis courts. It is located off of hwy 26 heading to Craigleith.
Walnut Park

Walnut Park is a neighbourhood park. It is located off one of our local side streets between ninth and tenth.
