Summary:
BEING A BY-LAW TO ASSUME STANLEY STREET AND PORTIONS OF STEPHENS STREET, MARY STREET AND NEWBOURNE STREET AS A HIGHWAY FOR PUBLIC USE
NOTICE:
WHEREAS Section 31(2) of the Municipal Act, 2001, S.O. 2001 c. 25, as amended, requires a municipality by by-law to establish a highway;

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the lands hereinafter described and as identified on Schedule “A” attached hereto be assumed for public use and dedicated as highways in the Town of Collingwood;
•Stephens Street Plan 334 (PIN 58261-0230), formerly known as James Street, approximately 210 metres east of Saunders Street between Saunders Street and the former Sidney Street, Town of Collingwood (former Township of Nottawasaga), approximately County of Simcoe
•Mary Street Plan 334 (PIN 58264-0205), approximately 568 metres east of Saunders Street between Saunders Street and Simcoe County Road No. 124 (Hurontario Street), Town of Collingwood (former Township of Nottawasaga), County of Simcoe
•Stanley Street on Plan 334 (PIN 58261-0157) between Saunders Street and Simcoe County Road No. 124 (Hurontario Street), Town of Collingwood (former Township of Nottawasaga), County of Simcoe
•Newbourne Street Plan 334, legally described as Parts 23, 24, 25 and 26 on Reference Plan 51R-34816 (PIN 58261-0121) and Newbourne Street Plan 334 (PIN 58261-0163) between Findlay Drive and Mary Street
2. THAT this By-law shall come into full force and effect on the date of final passage hereof at which time all By-laws and/or resolutions that are inconsistent with the provisions of this By-law and the same are hereby repealed or rescinded insofar as it is necessary to give effect to the provisions of this By-law.
