Dog Licence Application
DOG LICENCE APPLICATION
Every dog owner in the Town of Collingwood shall licence their pet(s) annually.
Town of Collingwood By-law permits a maximum of three (3) dogs per dwelling.
Complete and return the application (see pdf attached below) to the following address, along with applicable fee and proof of vaccination (REQUIRED by provincial law). Reduced rates are available with proof of microchip and/or record of spay/neuter.

*Please attend the Town Hall, or mail documentation with cheque payable to Town of Collingwood. Do not send cash in the mail.
