c)    Trails Advisory Committee, April 13, 2017
 
8. STAFF REPORTS
 
CAO2017-03   Broadband Assessment Report – Final
 
RECOMMENDING THAT the Corporate and Community Services Standing Committee support and refer the following Staff Report to the next regular meeting of Council:
 
Staff Recommendation: THAT Council declare Broadband an essential utility for economic growth;
 
AND THAT Council authorize Staff to investigate options for promoting the Town’s Broadband connectivity and refer any associated costs to the 2018 budget as an unmet need.
