BEING A BY-LAW TO EXEMPT A PORTION OF LAND
FROM THE PART LOT CONTROL PROVISIONS OF THE PLANNING ACT.
WHEREAS subsection 50(7) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990 c. P.13, provides that the Council of a local municipality may, by by-law, designate lands not to be subject to part lot control;
AND WHEREAS it is intended that six (6) lots for semi-detached dwelling units be created from lots 22, 23 and 24 on Registered Plan No. 51M-945;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Collingwood is satisfied thatthecreation ofthe six (6) semi-detached lots may proceed;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF COLLINGWOOD ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT subsection 50(5) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, shall cease to apply to Lots 22, 23 and 24 on Registered Plan No. 51M-945 Town of Collingwood, County of Simcoe, as shown on Schedule “A” affixed hereto.
2. THAT this by-law shall remain in force and effect for a period of two (2) years from the date of its passing and shall expire on September 26th, 2018.
